“STOP! Before you throw you computer out the window, CALL RAY! Having very limited knowledge about technology, I tend to get very frustrated when it doesn't work. One phone call to Ray and he "talked me off of the ledge"; saving my sanity and from the aftermath of my computer being tossed down two stories. My computer was running very slow and basically just not cooperating. Ray used his ability to access my computer remotely- meaning I didn't have to "company clean" my house in order to have him come over to fix it. Within just a couple of hours, my computer was running better than it has in a very long time! Ray also set me up with a free 30 day trial of an anti-virus system. When the free trial expired, I had questions about how to purchase the program. Rather than just telling me what program I should get, Ray did all the work for me, got me signed up for the service, and even took the time to check in with me a few times to ensure it was working properly. Ray is very unique in his industry, as he welcomes business for a simple home computer like mine. Most computer techs prefer to work only with small businesses with more than one computer to make it worth their time.
